iiRHD is a Luxembourg-based institute operating since 2008, with a global reach in coaching, education, and human development.
While the institute itself has over 15 years of international activity, our team brings more than 40 years of collective experience across sectors, cultures, and learning environments.
We are accredited by the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth of Luxembourg, hold the ISO 9001:2015 certification, and are recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at Levels 1, 2, and 3.
Our programs are structured according to CPT and ECTS credit systems, combining academic rigor with practical, human-centered application.
